My advice when it comes to any type of therapy is to trust yourself and your instincts first, but listen to the therapists and always ask questions. It is hard work, but the payoff is HUGE!
Feeding this child of mine has never been a fun task. From the get-go we had problems latching so I've been exclusively pumping and bottle feeding ever since. I tell ya, low muscle tone is B*TCH.
For someone with low tone, trying to talk has been described as trying to do so with a mouthful of marshmallows. If you were trying to speak with a mouthful of marshmallows, I might think you were rude... but never stupid.

We don't know what obstacles Kara will need to overcome as she grows and develops, but we will be here to help her every step of the way. To do that, we need a plan and we decided to jump right in!
